In line with the Government guidance, we are happy to announce the reopening of InJoy Centre in Southampton and Derby on Monday 17th May.

Your health and safety, as well as our team’s, are always our top priority. We will work a little differently to what you are used to for a while to enable social distancing and keep all our fun-seekers comfortable and safe.

☝Before your visit, please check the information below so you know what to expect on your arrival.

InJoy centres will operate with:

✔Booking-only system (get ready to book your slot in advance)

✔Reduced capacities for activities to allow extra space

✔Adults wishing to join in must buy a ticket to prevent overcrowding unless accompanying a child under 3

✔All customers over the age of 11 will have to wear masks apart from eating and drinking in the restaurant

✔If you forgot your mask, you could buy one at the reception

✔Temperature checking at the front door

✔Staff wearing masks and visors where appropriate

✔A new way of entering and leaving the centre and signs around the centres to help follow 1m+ distance

✔ Card payments and contactless only

✔ New fogging* system between each booking slot (including all balls in soft play and climbing areas)

✔When using interactive room everyone will have to wear gloves which we have for you

✔Thorough and frequent cleaning of all the facilities including windows after each activity

✔Professional cleaning teams coming for regular deep cleans

✔Fewer tables in the café and new ordering system

✔Separate rooms available for bigger families to hire

✔Allotted times specifically for birthday parties after the general public have left

✔Hand sanitisers all around the centres to keep your hands clean.
